Responsibilities
Perform duties as a Temporary Excel Accounting Office Clerk in a professional setting
Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups, to manage data efficiently
Handle financial tasks related to accounts payable and receivable
Commit to the role long-term, as it is an ongoing temporary position
Maintain a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to use Pivot Tables and Vlookups effectively
Previous experience in financial roles, specifically with accounts payable and receivable
Strong organizational and data management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
Willingness to commit to a long-term temporary role
