Responsibilities
Tracks project team priorities and ensure alignment with larger goals through all project processes
Update and modify project schedules on the project team’s behalf
Prepare weekly or monthly project status reports, including schedule updates, procurement status, and key milestones
Understand established work/staffing plans for each phase of the project and assist in coordinating with sub-contractors
Assists in preparing communication materials and documentation that support change initiatives
Set-up meetings for key stakeholders or clients
Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of meetings, communications, commitments, and project duties
Track project expenditures, verify invoices against purchase orders, and support budget reconciliation. Maintain cost logs and assist Project Managers with financial reporting
Initiate purchase orders
Seeking and issuing appropriate legal paperwork such as contracts and terms of the agreement
Other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in project coordination and administration, or a four-year college degree in related fields
Demonstrable organizational and communication skills
1-3 years of experience in project management or related field
Willingness to work extended hours when needed to meet project deadlines
Preferred
Some construction project experience preferred
Background in general construction, engineering, or architecture preferred

In addition, you will accrue 1 hour of Sick Time for every 30 hours worked.
