Responsibilities
Review, assign and coordinate high volumes of incoming documents and tasks with little guidance
Make independent decisions and take ownership on the handling of service inquiries, document coordination, and case assignments
React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround with tight deadlines
Be proactive and pay attention to details when solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
Draft effective correspondences and summaries
Assess process improvement and transformation opportunities, and partner with process owners and stakeholders to scope opportunities, define problem statements and objectives, and structure projects and teams
Track documents and maintain metric reports
Ability to work well with people at all levels inside the company
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience
3 years of progressively responsible experience in related roles
Detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a cross-functional team or independently with minimal supervision
Understands basic project management approaches and problem solving
Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with various levels of personnel internally and externally
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Able to maintain confidentiality and comfortable working with sensitive client data
Preferred
Familiarity with legal industry
Understands database concepts
