Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance, and conversion of Casino games

Troubleshooting and repair of games and associated systems

Preventative maintenance of slot machines, signage, and other related equipment

Assistance with jackpot verifications

Current knowledge of gaming and gaming systems through the Technician’s logs, discussions, and manuals

Familiarity and adherence to all departmental and Iowa Racing & Gaming Commission procedures

Required
