Responsibilities
Drive net-new business and expand existing accounts across the U.S
Achieve or exceed annual sales and profitability targets
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using SAP CRM
Execute enterprise and land-and-expand sales strategies
Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Coordinate internal teams to support the full sales cycle
Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes
Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
Qualification
Required
5–12+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience (clinical trial supplies or comparator sourcing preferred)
Strong knowledge of branded pharmaceuticals, distribution channels, pricing, and clinical trial sites
Proven track record of closing new business and managing complex sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
Willingness to travel; self-motivated and results-driven
Master's degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Pharmaceuticals, or related field
