MEDES Testing Coordination & Release Management
Abacus Service Corporation is seeking a MEDES Testing Coordination & Release Management professional. This role is responsible for providing a consistent customer experience through effective testing coordination and release management within the Medicaid program in the State of Missouri.

Responsibilities
Coordination of UAT efforts across all releases
No more than 5% missing coordination tasks monthly
Maintain up-to-date test plans and schedules
Plans updated within 2 business days of changes
Maintain test requirement traceability documentation
Complete accurate traceability maintained
Maintain federally required documentation
No critical omissions or compliance issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in state-wide Medicaid programs
5+ years' experience in healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance and other relevant state and federal regulations that govern Medicaid programs
5+ years' experience in quality assurance processes in place to ensure that all testing and release activities meet the required standards and deliver the expected outcomes
5+ years' experience with eligibility determination and enrollment / case management systems
5+ years' experience coordinating testing efforts and planning/managing both DDI & M&O release efforts
5+ years' experience software testing and release management. This includes familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and best practices as well as experience with release management processes and tools
5+ years' experience in project management capabilities, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor testing and release activities effectively. This includes risk management, resource allocation and timeline management
5+ years' experience in communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including state agencies, healthcare providers, and other vendors involved in the Medicaid program
All services must be provided in the United States. Offshore services shall not be used to perform the services outlined herein
Vendor resource(s) must comply with agency and ITSD security policies, agency and ITSD required trainings, and/or required security specifications
The SOW Vendor must provide resumes for all of the SOW Vendor's resource(s) being assigned to the project for the review and acceptance by the State
The state is requiring the vendor to be on site a maximum of 25% onsite
Proactive communication with State stakeholders
Response to inquiries within 24 business hours
Preferred
Testing and coordination and release management experience in the State of Missouri is preferred
Experience leading teams to coordinate the testing and release management efforts of the MEDES Program preferred
