Responsibilities

Support day-to-day People Operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee lifecycle updates, and employee questions
Help ensure accurate and timely updates in Workday and other People systems Assist with audits, documentation, and process adherence
Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day employee relations and performance questions, partnering with the Principal HRBP on more complex or sensitive matters
Intake and triage of routine ER and performance concerns (in person, email, Slack, Zoom, phone), resolving low‑risk issues using established guidance and escalating when needed
Supporting managers with early-stage performance conversations, documentation, and follow-up
Documenting and tracking ER and performance cases and maintaining organized, compliant records
Assist with People reporting and data analysis, such as:
Headcount and attrition tracking
Basic workforce metrics and dashboards
Help maintain data accuracy and consistency across People systems
Learn and experiment with automation tools and AI solutions to support reporting and People processes
Partner with the Talent team to support hiring operations, including:
Creating job profiles and positions in Workday
Assisting with offer letter generation and approvals
Supporting data transfers related to hiring and internal moves
Help coordinate onboarding tasks and ensure a smooth new hire experience
Identify opportunities to improve People processes and documentation
Strengthen alignment across People team pillars by collaborating closely and sharing clear visibility into ongoing work, updates, and priorities
Support People team projects and initiatives as needed Contribute ideas to help the People team operate more efficiently as we scale

Required

4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, or a related role
Interest in developing skills across People Ops, employee relations, and People analytics
Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus, but not required)
Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting; curiosity about automation and AI tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
