Responsibilities
Travel regularly between Bretz locations to support Parts, Service, and Facility operations
Standardize and implement operational processes to drive consistency and scalability
Partner with Operations Managers to train teams and support day-to-day execution
Serve as a leadership resource and escalation point for complex customer and employee concerns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations company-wide
Champion company culture, values, and leadership principles in every location
Support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts across stores
Ensure facilities reflect Bretz standards and brand expectations
Qualification
Required
A proven leader who inspires, trains, and aligns high-performing teams
Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with executive leadership
Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
A high level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays (approximately 10–15 nights per month)

Preferred
Multi-unit or multi-location management experience
Automotive, RV, marine, or dealership fixed operations background
Experience leading service, parts, or fixed ops teams
Success implementing SOPs and scalable operational systems
Strong understanding of customer service and employee training best practices
