Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities
Respond to high volume of inbound calls from new and existing subscribers
Actively listen, provide supportive responses and address customers’ needs
Recommend products and services that align with customers’ needs
Protect customer information by adhering to all Federal and State regulations (i.e., CPNI, PCI and HIPAA)
Qualification
Required
1 year of customer service or call center experience
Preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
Experience working in a technology-focused industry
Experience working with senior-aged customers
