Responsibilities
Collaborate across multiple teams to understand client needs and develop creative solutions that effectively address those requirements
Ensure that all design work is consistent with the university's creative strategy, brand identity and enhances the institution's visual presence across all platforms
Develop and deliver innovative design concepts that align with the university's strategic goals by creating engaging materials tailored to diverse audiences
Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, collaborate on ideas and be a mentor to other members of the team
Ability to independently manage an assignment or complex project from concept through to design and final production and implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
At least three years of design experience in an agency or in-house marketing department
Computer skills on a Mac platform and familiarity with Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong design, layout and typography skills
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
Ability to take an assignment or complex project and independently see it through the design and production processes
