Responsibilities
Support customer proposals and win new programs
Lead customer negotiations with focus on cost, resources, and contract requirements
Manage full program lifecycle from start-up through execution
Create and maintain program plans including statement of work, requirements, and deliverables
Coordinate schedules, pricing, and technical performance
Lead internal and customer program reviews
Identify and mitigate program risks and drive corrective actions
Track performance against technical, financial, schedule, and contractual goals
Communicate status, risks, and progress to stakeholders
Coordinate supplier and subcontractor meetings and site visits as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or business management, or equivalent experience
10 plus years in engineering, technical program management, or project management in manufacturing
Strong program and project management knowledge, tools, and governance experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead in a customer-facing role
Self-directed and comfortable managing ambiguity
Up to 25 percent travel
Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available
Role involves access to controlled technology subject to U.S. export control regulations. Must be a U.S. person (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) or eligible to obtain required U.S. Government authorization
