Representing lenders and borrowers in a diverse range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, corporate credit facilities, and real estate financings
Drafting transaction documents
Negotiating with opposing counsel
Closing transactions in close collaboration with other members of our team

Required

3+ years of related experience
Background in debt financing transactions
Familiarity with acquisition financing and private equity mergers and acquisitions
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
Strong academic background
J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the State of Minnesota if not already admitted
