Responsibilities
Define clear milestones and establish ownership for supply chain projects
Track progress against commitments and hold teams accountable to recovery actions
Lead targeted improvement initiatives to stabilize delivery and strengthen performance metrics
Communicate recovery strategies, improvement initiatives, and long-term solutions to customers and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with ISC Operations, Materials Management, procurement, and manufacturing sites
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis
6–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain or project management in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in SAP and hands-on experience executing supply-chain workflows
Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes in a highly matrixed environment
Preferred
Prior experience in a similar role within the aerospace industry
Experience using analytics tools to build operational dashboards or analyses for supply chain performance
Experience in leading and collaborating across cross-functional teams
