Responsibilities
Oversee the physical operations of the resorts, including maintenance and repair of interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, and water treatment systems, and swimming pool
Lead, manage, and empower a team of maintenance workers
Expert knowledge of at least one application discipline, along with the ability to learn new technologies based on business needs
Sound analytical skills to deal with requirements and/or issues that may be loosely defined and the ability to further manipulate and expand on them
Ability to set the right hiring standards within the company and successfully recruit new engineers to build out the team
Train and develop management and technical leaders within your groups
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in roles leading and managing teams of 6 or more
Excellent knowledge of high transaction environments, distributed workflows, and web platform architectures
Driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
Creative and efficient in solving complex, time-critical problems
