Office Manager
PK Industrial is seeking an experienced Office Manager for their Augusta, KS shop. This role is responsible for front-office operations including payroll support, HR coordination, finance tracking, and general administrative duties, ensuring smooth daily operations while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Manage front office, phones, mail, and filing systems
Compile and reconcile time sheets, expense reports, and receipts
Assist with job cost tracking and administrative finance tasks
Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and HR documentation
Coordinate travel arrangements for crews and management
Maintain accurate, organized records and reports
Liaison with corporate office and external partners
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
3–5 years of office management or administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Valid driver's license and minimum age of 18
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) would be a plus, but not required
