Responsibilities

Responsible for the management and control of a variety of enterprise technology services provided to clients throughout the Department of Justice (DOJ) to assist them in meeting their program objectives
Provide leadership, analysis, and direction to ensure effective and efficient oversight of IT contract and procurement functions
Procurement and processing of the DOJ IT contracts and IT interagency agreements
Solicitation development, contract administration, and contract administration in support of IT contracts
Manage the Procurement & Contracting Branch, which includes the IT Contracts & Procurement Section, and the IT Vendor & Contract Management Unit

Required

Thorough knowledge of business/systems analysis and requirements development best practices and methodologies
Experience in managing IT contract and procurement services
Ability to provide leadership, analysis, and direction for effective oversight of IT contract and procurement functions
Experience in procurement and processing of IT contracts and IT interagency agreements
Experience in solicitation development and contract administration
Experience in managing a Procurement & Contracting Branch
Knowledge of IT procurement, purchasing, and contract/vendor management aspects
Ability to assist clients in meeting their program objectives
