Responsibilities
Design and maintain high-impact reporting for our partners and internal stakeholders
Lead the creation of intuitive dashboards in ThoughtSpot and Mode that make data accessible and actionable
Proactively identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and adopt new AI-driven tools to make surfacing data, trends, and business insights easier and faster
Partner directly with Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product & Data teams to define KPIs and build the visibility needed to track them
Act as the guardian of commercial data by writing clean, performant SQL and ensuring that every report shared is accurate and trustworthy
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field
You understand how data impacts the bottom line
Deep expertise in SQL
Experience with ThoughtSpot and Mode is highly preferred
A track record of automating manual workflows
Exceptional ability to simplify the complex
