They are seeking a full-time Luxury High Rise Concierge Associate to provide exceptional service to residents and guests at Millennium Tower, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and assisting with various administrative duties.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests entering the lobby or calling the association
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Communicate politely and clearly, both in person and over the phone
Possess a working knowledge of the Association's rules, policies, and procedures
Be familiar with the Association's amenities and surroundings to assist residents and guests effectively
Review and update post orders regularly
Leave detailed pass downs for incoming shifts
Collaborate with the General Manager to resolve issues related to the Front Desk
Continuously seek to improve the service provided to clients
Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and guests
Address inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently
Assist residents and guests with information about the Association's amenities and services
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the Front Desk
Be flexible and ready to assist with tasks not strictly related to the job description when necessary
Qualification
Required
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Polished and professional presentation and demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication
Familiar with MS Office applications
Team player
Preferred
Luxury hotel or luxury property management experience
Experience leading a front desk team
