Performs CT, and radiology studies of designated anatomical areas, obtains patients histories, explains routine procedures, and addresses patient concerns
Performs diagnostic radiographs and advanced modality examinations
Utilizes resources to perform high quality examinations on entire patient population (neonate through geriatrics) for interpretation by a physician
May be required to work at other outreach locations
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
At least 2 years of multi-modality experience
Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
ARRT Advanced Modality Registration
Licensed by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA)
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
Fully competent in advanced modality skill sets and flexible to rotate
