Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to lead trial counsel throughout all phases of litigation
Draft, review, and manage motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and related documents
Prepare, format, and submit filings in both state and federal courts
Maintain and monitor litigation calendars, deadlines, and trial schedules
Assist with all aspects of trial preparation, including exhibit management, binders, and court submissions
Collaborate closely with attorneys and internal staff to ensure full trial readiness
Demonstrate strong proficiency in motions practice, discovery management, and case organization
