Sales Director - US
PreSales Collective is an exciting international B2B SaaS company looking to hire a Sales Director to lead and grow their US operation. The Sales Director will manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth while also being hands-on in deal execution.

Responsibilities
Lead and coach the team: Manage, mentor, and motivate Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management, skill development, and coaching
Drive revenue and execution: Act as an individual contributor on key channel-led deals, guiding strategy and execution from opportunity creation to close
Manage partner sales: Build and strengthen relationships with partners, oversee joint business plans, and coordinate proposals, RFPs, and end-user engagements
Forecast and analyze: Conduct regular forecasting and pipeline reviews to ensure healthy coverage, data accuracy, and performance visibility
Implement best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally
Recruit and develop talent
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role (AE, SDR, CSM, etc.)
2-3 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role
Proven ability to coach and develop sales reps
Strong understanding of forecasting, sales processes, and pipeline management
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and data analytics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel, with a focus on destinations throughout the American region
