Client Executive
Elavon Europe, a subsidiary of U.S. Bank, is dedicated to building tailored payment solutions for over 1.5 million customers worldwide. The Client Executive will manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and profitability while consulting on performance improvements and handling escalated issues.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall management of a book of accounts, including maintenance, growth, increased profitability, strategic direction, overall client satisfaction, and contract renewals
Consults with clients through data analysis, industry education, presentation of performance results and recommending action to improve performance
Is the escalation point for both internal and external client issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience
Typically eight to 10 years of client management experience in the payments industry
Preferred
Strong contract negotiation, account management and project management skills
Working knowledge of ROI and P&L calculations
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Proven customer service/relations skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Travel is typically required up to 25%
