Responsibilities
Lead the coordination and development of high‑quality proposals for Federal clients
Work with technical teams to plan, design, write, edit, and produce compelling solicitation responses, and pursuit materials
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with Federal growth objectives
Track, review, and report on pursuit activity and results
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date marketing data and collateral within the CRM
Attend conferences, industry events, and team meetings as needed to support federal pursuits
Qualification
Required
BA or BS in English, Journalism, or related discipline
Five (5) years of experience coordinating, preparing, and producing SF 330‑based submissions and federal pursuit documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign
Demonstrated proficiency with technical writing, as well as reviewing and proofreading of materials for content, grammar, and style
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment with a variety of technical staff and multiple concurrent deadlines
Preferred
Knowledge of database/CRM systems, specifically Deltek Vantagepoint, a plus
