The role involves recruiting, training, and developing sales teams while ensuring high levels of customer service in collaboration with the installation and services team.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and develop the sales teams in your territory using our proven sales system
Run weekly sales meetings and lead from the front as a player-coach
Work closely with the installation and services team to ensure our customer get the highest level of service
Report to the Regional Executive Partner and have direct interaction with the company’s leadership

Required

10+ years of work experience with increasing levels of responsibility
5+ years in leadership roles with direct reports

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High energy and positive attitude
Track record of exceeding goals
Strong will to learn and be coached, comfortable giving and receiving feedback
