Responsibilities
The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust and scalable Salesforce solutions
This role requires a strong foundation in essential business analysis skills, including gathering requirements, mapping processes, designing data models, and configuring declarative features such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Object design
Effective stakeholder management is also a critical component, ensuring that all business needs are clearly understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle
In addition to core Salesforce expertise, the Business Analyst should preferably have experience in AI and Agentforce
This includes the ability to design autonomous workflows, define agent behaviors, and implement governance frameworks that align with Salesforce’s ongoing transition from assistive to autonomous AI within the Agentforce Platform
The Business Analyst plays an essential role in preparing organizations for AI adoption by maintaining data integrity, streamlining processes, and establishing appropriate guardrails; elements that are crucial as organizations accelerate their integration of AI technologies
Qualification
Required
Experience with Salesforce (preferably Sales and Marketing cloud) projects is a must
Strong foundation in essential business analysis skills, including gathering requirements, mapping processes, designing data models, and configuring declarative features such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Object design
Effective stakeholder management to ensure that all business needs are clearly understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle
Ability to design autonomous workflows, define agent behaviors, and implement governance frameworks that align with Salesforce's ongoing transition from assistive to autonomous AI within the Agentforce Platform
Role in preparing organizations for AI adoption by maintaining data integrity, streamlining processes, and establishing appropriate guardrails
