They are seeking a highly experienced MEP Senior Project Manager to lead all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Low-Voltage scopes on large-scale commercial projects, ensuring delivery from preconstruction through commissioning.

Responsibilities
Lead all phases of MEP project delivery, from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
Manage $100M+ in MEP subcontractor scope on complex commercial projects
Oversee procurement, contract administration, cost control, forecasting, and schedule integration
Coordinate with design teams, BIM/VDC, commissioning agents, and field leadership
Support field installation, testing, inspections, and system turnover
Facilitate MEP coordination meetings, OAC meetings, and stakeholder communication
Mentor and supervise project engineers and assistant project managers
Ensure MEP systems meet performance, safety, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (experience considered in lieu of degree)
10+ years of commercial construction experience with large-scale MEP leadership responsibilities
Deep understanding of MEP systems, design coordination, sequencing, and commissioning
Proven experience managing budgets, contracts, risk, and subcontractor performance
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software, and BIM platforms
Demonstrated ability to independently interpret and apply 3D BIM models to identify conflicts, drive coordination, and guide project teams
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
