Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day brokerage operations for Equitify’s commercial investment sales platform
Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and oversee commercial brokers and investment sales agents
Drive listing pipeline growth, velocity, and conversion from signed listings to closed transactions
Provide senior leadership throughout the transaction process, from listing intake through closing
Review underwriting, pricing strategy, offering materials, and valuation assumptions
Serve as escalation point for deal structuring, negotiation strategy, and execution challenges
Administer commission structures, splits, tracking, and payouts
Oversee brokerage performance metrics, revenue targets, and agent productivity benchmarks
Implement and maintain scalable brokerage systems, workflows, and best practices
Ensure compliance with brokerage procedures, internal controls, and transaction documentation
Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, and external counsel as required
Coordinate closely with ownership, acquisitions, and asset management teams to align brokerage activity with firm strategy
Monitor market trends, pipeline performance, and competitive activity to inform sales strategy

Required

5+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage or investment sales, with management experience preferred
Proven background managing commercial brokers, sales agents, or transaction teams in an investment sales environment
Strong understanding of underwriting, valuation, and investment sales execution
Experience with commission structures, brokerage economics, and agent compensation models
Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and operational management skills
Ability to manage multiple high-value transactions and priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Comfortable operating in a hands-on, build-stage environment with evolving systems
Broker license not required (firm license already in place)

Preferred

Deep knowledge of the Dallas–Fort Worth commercial real estate market strongly preferred
