Responsibilities

Provides support to the Clinical Laboratory & Pathology Operation
Performs receptionist, secretarial, courier, filing, coordination of inter/intra department specific duties
Developing and maintaining spreadsheets
Responding promptly to calls
Responding appropriately to inquiries such as requests for pathology or laboratory reports
Ordering tests/labeling specimens as required
Filing/scanning
Performing billing activities
Couriering specimens as needed

Qualification

Clerical experienceHealth related fieldSpreadsheet developmentCoordination skillsCommunication skills

Preferred

Coursework/Training and Post-High School education
1 year Clerical experience in a health related field
