Responsibilities

Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and
Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments
Responsible for accurate inspection and counting of all products received in the warehouse or down the conveyor
Responsible for proper documentation of all BOL’s and itemized shipping documentation
Ability to move products via Forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment to and from locations when receipt is complete and processed
Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly and monthly
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred
At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
Ability to count and perform basic math
