Developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety
Analyzing production workflows
Troubleshooting equipment and process-related issues
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product design for manufacturability
Ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards
Hands-on problem-solving and staying up to date with advancements in manufacturing practices
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Engineering, and related practices
Knowledge and application of Industrial Engineering principles and standards
Background in Mechanical Engineering, including design and analysis of mechanical systems
Experience with machining operations and understanding of the machining industry
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with quality control methods and safety regulations in manufacturing
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required
Preferred
Experience in the sensor, switch, or electrical motor manufacturing industry is a plus
