MedStar Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their Orthopedic Hand Surgery team in a fully outpatient role. The provider will manage their own panel of patients, evaluating and treating hand and upper extremity conditions while collaborating closely with orthopedic surgeons.

Evaluation and treatment of new and return hand and upper extremity patients
Care of both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic hand conditions
In-office procedures as appropriate to training and privileging

Qualification

Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)Nurse Practitioner FNPNurse Practitioner ACNPOrthopedic experienceMusculoskeletal experienceAutonomy in practice

Required

Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP or ACNP)
Eligible for licensure in Washington, DC
New graduates are welcome to apply; prior orthopedic or musculoskeletal experience is a plus
Comfortable practicing with a high level of autonomy in an outpatient environment
