Responsibilities
Update website, attorney bios, and practice pages
Execute email campaigns and manage mailing lists/CRM
Create social media and short-form visual/video content
Develop marketing collateral and firm profiles
Support pitches, proposals, and RFPs
Draft/edit client alerts, articles, and thought leadership
Serve as day-to-day marketing/BD contact for assigned practice groups
Assist with press releases and media outreach
Manage rankings, awards, and directory survey submissions
Assist with client surveys
Coordinate promotional items and attorney photography
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience (professional services or law firm a plus)
Strong writing and editing skills
Familiarity with WordPress, email marketing tools, Canva, and MS Office
Graphic design skills and comfort working with templates and brand guidelines
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
