Responsibilities

Organize and manage client assignments and projects
Lead client audit engagements, including planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits
Complete assignments, tasks, and project components
Supervise, train, coach, and mentor lower-level staff on audit processes
Research and analyze financial statement and audit-related issues
Develop a working knowledge of clients' businesses
Proactively interact with client management to gather information, resolve issues, and provide recommendations for business and process improvements
Ensure adherence to the 24-hour response policy for client communications

Required

Organize and manage client assignments and projects

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
Willingness to travel as required
