1+ years expIXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is looking for an extremely organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Recruiting Coordinator to help support our hiring efforts. In this role, you will work side by side with the university recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure that we hire the best individuals to work toward our mission.

Responsibilities
Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews in a timely and consistent manner, with exceptional attention to detail
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for onsite interview candidates and employees traveling to fairs
Host and manage onsite interview candidates while they are in the office
Become an expert on IXL Learning to answer questions from candidates about our products, positions, and company culture
Maintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcome
Assist with planning and coordinating new hire on-site and off-site social events
Help with resume review for entry level technical candidates as requested
Provide general administrative support for university recruiting
Assist with organizing school career fairs and events
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree required
1-2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator or similar position
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Highly self-motivated and strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to cultivate great relationships with candidates, stakeholders and team members
Exceptional attention to detail
Preferred
Experience working with an ATS (ours is Greenhouse) and G Suite preferred
