Responsibilities

Perform daily accounting tasks, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making processes

Participate in audits and provide the necessary documentation

Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting processes and procedures

Prepare and file various tax forms and ensure compliance with tax regulations

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed
