Responsibilities
Assist new and existing customers to commit to protecting their home investments
Answer customer questions and close the sale, including using product knowledge, receiving payment information, and scheduling the technician to service their home
Meet daily with your team to support each other in achieving individual sales goals by sharing strategies and procedures to improve your sales
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Value relationships and ethics in selling
Confidence in speaking over the phone with customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computers
Preferred
1+ years of sales experience preferred
Salesforce and Microsoft experience preferred
Spanish fluency is a plus
