Responsibilities
Partner with product, design, and other business stakeholders to design and implement impactful product features that make the lives of our users easier
Develop features and improvements to the product in a secure, well-tested, and performant manner, with an eye toward scalability and long-term maintainability
Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance, helping to uphold high engineering standards across the team
Solve technical problems of increasing scope and complexity, contributing to architectural and design decisions when needed
Craft high-quality code that meets internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices in a high-scale web environment
Conduct code reviews and consistently advocate for high standards in code quality, security, and performance
Stay up to date with emerging trends in software architecture and cloud infrastructure, and share relevant knowledge with the team
Identify impediments to team efficiency, including technical debt, and propose and implement effective solutions
Share experience and technical knowledge by mentoring other engineers and providing guidance across the team
Contribute to technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
9+ Years of experience working in software development
5+ Years of experience working with Go
5+ Years of experience working with Java
4+ Years of experience working on System design
4+ Years of experience working with Microservices
3+ Years of experience working with SQL
3+ Years of experience working with Distributed systems (Message Queues, Kafka, or similar)
2+ Years of experience working with GCP (or another cloud provider)
Knowledge of testing and security fundamentals, concurrency, and transactional common issues and events
Strong interest in working with AI tools in daily work
Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons
