InternWestern Welding Academy is on a mission to build a better generation of blue-collar craftsmen. The Housing Office Admin Intern will support daily office workflows at Foothills Park and Western Welding Academy Student Housing, assisting with tasks such as paperwork processing, supply tracking, and vendor scheduling while gaining valuable office experience.
Education Management
Responsibilities
Prepare and process student/tenant check-in/out paperwork; schedule appointments and send confirmations
Track supply check-outs and replenishment; keep simple logs up to date
Handle phones and email with a professional, helpful tone; route requests appropriately
Enter data into forms, logs, and spreadsheets; maintain tidy digital/physical files
Coordinate basic vendor scheduling (cleaners, maintenance)
Follow documented steps for receiving/accepting rent and reconciling logs
Complete one small process improvement (e.g., turn checklist, onboarding packet, or supply checkout cleanup) with a simple handoff
Qualification
Required
Clear, courteous communication by phone and email; solid spelling/grammar
Attention to detail; comfort with checklists and multitasking
Basic spreadsheet and document skills (Google Workspace or similar)
Reliability and professionalism; ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred
Experience with simple templates or dashboards
