Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Multitasking & organization to manage reservations, waitlists and seating flow
Problem-solving to handle guest concerns, special requests, and unexpected issues with ease
