Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the administration of all mandated tests
Maintain testing schedules, secure testing materials, and communicate timelines with staff, students, and families
Train and support teachers and proctors on proper test administration procedures and protocols
Ensure all testing is conducted in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Collect, organize, and analyze test data to support instructional planning and academic intervention strategies
Assist with accommodations and modifications for students with IEPs, 504s, and ELL designations
Maintain accurate and secure records of student assessment results
Participate in professional development related to assessment best practices and data use
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in education or related field
Valid teaching certification (if required by district/state)
Minimum of 3 years experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in data analysis tools and student information systems
Knowledge of assessment practices, accommodations, and applicable education laws
Catechist certification
Safe Haven training
Preferred
Master's degree in education or related field
