Responsibilities
Provide help desk support for hardware, software, and network issues
Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals
Install, test, upgrade, and repair computer systems and equipment
Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN network performance and security
Perform troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and system backups
Track and document issues, repairs, and maintenance activities
Support technology upgrades with minimal disruption to staff
Follow bank policies and data security procedures at all times
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in IT or related field or 1–3 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of PC hardware, software installation, and peripherals
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networks and TCP/IP
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
