Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end developer marketing strategy, understanding developer needs, workflows, and adoption moments
Lead creation of developer-focused content, defining repeatable formats, templates, and standards
Develop and optimize distribution strategies across developer channels using performance and usage data
Collaborate with engineering, DevRel, and industry teams to drive cross-functional and industry collaboration
Conduct ongoing research to build deep empathy for startup developers and CTOs
Define successful frameworks for developer marketing and measure their effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis
Experience in development marketing
Expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Azure
Strong fluency in developer tooling and ability to work directly with developers and engineers
Preferred
Experience creating content for startup-oriented technical audiences across various industries such as AI, healthcare, security, and retail
Experience defining repeatable technical content patterns or standards that scale across teams
