Responsibilities
Design and execute a global influencer program targeting technical personas
Ensure all partner content is technically accurate, performing deep-dives with internal engineering teams to provide influencers with the 'inside scoop' on new features
Build long-term, high-trust relationships with top-tier technical creators, managing everything from initial outreach to contract negotiation
Lead cross-functional launches, ensuring influencers have early access to betas, documentation, and technical support
Track the impact of influencer campaigns on high-intent metrics (e.g., API key sign-ups, GitHub stars, SDK downloads, and documentation traffic)
Act as the 'voice of the creator' internally, advocating for product changes or documentation improvements based on influencer feedback
Qualification
Required
5+ Years Experience: A background in DevRel, Technical Marketing, or Product Management
The 'Engine' Knowledge: You must be 'technically dangerous'—meaning you understand the difference between an API and an SDK, and can explain high-level concepts
Influencer Savvy: A deep understanding of the technical content landscape (Twitter/X, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Tools of the Trade: Experience with influencer platforms (e.g., Impact, Grin) and developer-specific tracking tools (e.g., Orbit, Common Room)
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into 'hooks' that resonate with creative minds
