Construction
Responsibilities
Develop relationships with clients, primary focus on general contractors and roofing contractors
Document review, takeoffs, material supplier and subcontractor quotes, build estimates and proposals
Track progress against sales goals, maintain sales strategy to achieve sales goals
Prepare submittals, samples, materials purchasing, subcontractor management for all awarded projects
Work proactively with Intrinsic’s Superintendent and Operations team on all aspects of project execution
Project change orders as needed
Prepare pay applications and follow through with client PM teams
Track ongoing progress vs. estimated profitability, maintain strategy to achieve intended margins
Project closeouts
Transition project to Intrinsic’s Maintenance department wherever possible
Critical review of final job costing
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant project management and sales experience
4 year college degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management or similar
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Construction Project Management Platforms: Procore, Autodesk, LMN
Construction Takeoff Platforms: Planswift, Procore
Preferred
Vectorworks or AutoCAD
