Responsibilities
Manage the full hiring and onboarding process end-to-end
Interview and coordinate candidate scheduling with on-site leadership
Deliver onboarding, orientation, and role-based learning paths
Maintain the LMS and coordinate training schedules with Operations
Support employees and teams through transfers, coaching, and HRIS needs
Qualification
Required
Bilingual Fluency (English And Spanish) Is Required
HR or recruiting experience is helpful, but strong communication, organization, and people skills are most important
Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required for this role
Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, fairness, and accuracy in all employment processes
