Responsibilities
Provide detailed product and service information while resolving inquiries efficiently
Open and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording and updating information
Identify the root cause of customer complaints, select the best solution, and follow up to ensure total satisfaction
Suggest additional products and services based on customer needs and questions
Collect and analyze customer information to prepare reports and recommend improvements to management
Maintain financial accounts by processing necessary customer adjustments
Qualification
Required
Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish
Must be a fast learner with strong communication skills
This is a 100% on-site position in Fort Lauderdale; remote work is not available
