Sales Manager - Telecom / UCaaS

They are seeking a hands-on, fully remote Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing distributed sales team, focusing on revenue outcomes and team development.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a remote, quota-carrying sales team to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal progression through structured pipeline reviews
Actively coach through call reviews, role-plays, objection handling, and deal strategy in a remote environment
Develop and refine sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to improve conversion and sales velocity
Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding high-performing remote sales talent
Oversee lead generation and distribution in partnership with the lead mining team
Collaborate with Marketing and Product on sales messaging, scripts, and enablement tools
Plan and execute industry trade shows and events, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up
Track and report performance metrics across pipeline, revenue, activity, and event ROI

Required

Extensive experience in telecommunications, UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role
Proven success leading remote or distributed sales teams
Consistent history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of enterprise telecom solutions and sales cycles
Demonstrated ability to coach, hold accountability, and create structure in a remote environment
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and sales analytics
Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
