Litigation Specialist Intern
AAA Auto Club Enterprises is the largest federation of AAA clubs in the nation, seeking second year law students to assist in-house attorneys with various legal tasks related to automobile and homeowners' property and casualty insurance matters. The role offers litigation experience, including participation in depositions, mediations, and trials as observers.

Responsibilities
Work under supervision of mentor attorneys to perform and assist with multiple legal tasks, including responding to discovery, conducting legal research, law and motion work, general litigation, and trial support
The positions will provide opportunities for actual litigation experience and participation in depositions, mediations, and trials as observers
15-20 hours per week expected, as schedules permit, under the non-exempt job code title of “Litigation Specialist” during the school year period. The interns will work in a “hybrid” arrangement employing both remote access and in-office work. Summer internship schedule will be up to 30 hours per week
Law student internships will coincide with the broader AAA Roadways College Interns program currently in place at the Administrative Offices. This will provide the legal interns with additional networking opportunities in corporate activities and exposure to a broad spectrum of departments
Qualification
Required
Second year law students in good academic standing
Desire to continue with the Auto Club as a full-time litigation attorney post-graduation and upon successful passage of California bar exam
