Responsibilities
Strong experience in Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and Onboarding
We need someone who can be part of Pre-Sales activity. The support effort would be up to 8 hours
This engagement would require the expert to understand the challenges and convince the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) that Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding is the best and top solution in the market, pros and cons + potential understanding of their pain points and coming up with some high level solution pointers to address the issues
Should be highly polished, professional, and client-facing, and can actively support pre-sales discussions for one of our existing clients
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and Onboarding
Ability to be part of Pre-Sales activity
Expertise in understanding challenges and convincing the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) that Oracle Recruiting and Onboarding is the best solution in the market
Ability to discuss pros and cons and understand potential pain points
Capability to come up with high-level solution pointers to address issues
Highly polished, professional, and client-facing
Ability to actively support pre-sales discussions for existing clients
Ability to work remotely
