Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team with clear accountability and professional growth
Train staff on tools and best practices to ensure process adoption and operational excellence
Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement
Optimize the Lead-to-Order (LTO) process to maximize lead conversion and reduce cycle time
Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to track performance and uncover insights
Leverage automation and process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce errors
Partner with Sales, Finance, BTS, and Enablement teams to align goals and deliver exceptional service
Act as the LTO subject matter expert and drive initiatives that improve customer experience and internal efficiencies
Manage CRM and internal tools (Salesforce, Miro, Asana, etc.), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
Support financial operations with data-driven insights and accurate revenue reporting

Required

5+ years of leadership experience in sales operations, customer success, or revenue enablement
Strong coaching and accountability skills with a proven ability to lead in fast-paced, hybrid environments
Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce); bonus if experienced with workflow tools like Miro or Asana
Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decisions and process improvement
